What We Do

We specialize in teaching and refining the two Olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean & jerk. These compound movements demand full-body strength, coordination, speed, and mobility — and we break them down step by step to help you lift with confidence and control.

Our Olympic lifting coaching includes:

If you need a push, Tommy is your guy. He is tough, gets you moving but above all, friendly and encouraging. I work at a desk all day and need that motivation. Tommy is there with his huge grin and its straight to work. He is helping me with a trapped sciatic nerve and so far so good. He does push you to your limits but not past. He is a TOP guy.

Tommy doesn't just train your body, but also your mindset. Like many people, going to the gym is hard, you want to get fit but you also lack the motivation. With Tommy, he really puts you in that zone and makes you want to work out, to be excited to work out. Amazing coach and I recommend him 100%!

Road to recovery from my heart attack (in my 40s), was a process and I found Tommy 6 months after the fact. Being myself a former athlete (University football & football men's league after), playing various sports throughout my life, it was difficult to restart from scratch again. I have been going to him for personal training over a year now. He has helped me recover my strength, and he has mixed up my training from mobility training to calisthenics to weightlifting, etc. In addition to his training regiment, there is good conversations therefore never boring =). I still have goals of fitness that I want to reach, and Tommy is helping me to get there. Cheers!

I have been training with Tom for 3 weeks so far and it's been going great! I honestly had no motivation to go to the gym alone so having a trainer is really important to me. He is overall a great guy, very knowledgeable and really pushes me and holds me accountable. I'm already down 10 pounds! Can't wait to reach my goal, and to keep going! Personal trainer for kids and adults. I took my kids here for some private training, we did this as a family which really helped make our relationship stronger. Tommy is friendly and knowledgeable. The kids really enjoyed their time there. I also had private training on separate occasions which helped me focus on my body. Highly recommend this place. Very reasonable pricing .
