How much time is required per week?
Most clients train 3–4 times per week for 45–60 minutes. If your schedule only allows for shorter sessions, we’ll design efficient workouts that still get results. The program is built to fit into a demanding calendar, not take it over.
I travel often—can this work?
Yes. We create a “travel playbook” with hotel-friendly workouts, eating-out rules, and strategies for time-zone changes. Whether you’re in a hotel gym, at a conference, or flying cross-country, you’ll have a plan to stay on track.
Can I stay flexible with client dinners?
Absolutely. This isn’t about saying no to your lifestyle. You’ll get simple rules and meal strategies that allow you to enjoy business dinners, social events, and even the occasional drink—while still hitting your goals.
What if I have old injuries?
